Jack Poe opened this company thirty five years ago, after serving as senior appraiser in the Dallas office of Joseph Blake and Associates. Since opening, we at Poeco have appraised more than six billion dollars of real estate, including approximately three billion dollars of multifamily properties.

Our analyses are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, and the Code of Professional Ethics of the Appraisal Institute. They typically comply with FIRREA, and can be modified to accommodate your specific requirements.
