A.C.F. Home Inspections

I have nothing but good things to say about ACF. From the beginning when we met Luis at the HANDS class we were impressed with how much “plain talk” knowledge he gave us. He was very professional in his presentation and very patient with all the questions the attendees had. He offered his web-site as a reference even if we chose not to have a home inspection in Orlando FL. So that we could look for certain pitfalls. Not only that, he gave a check list. So that when we started looking at homes we had pretty good idea what to look for regarding potential problems and could make notes on the checklist for reference later on.
When we finally found a home we were interested in we called Mr. Figueroa’s office and the lady that answered the phone (Wanda) was amazing. She took the time to answer my additional questions and worked with me on scheduling our home inspection in Orlando. Unfortunately the deal fell through. When I called to cancel Wanda told me “not to worry about canceling that I was well within the cancellation period” she went on to wish me good luck with my search and never once pressured me into scheduling in the Future. Her kindness and professionalism astounded me.
A couple months later I once again called her back to schedule a home inspection on another home. Not only was she kind but she remembered me! We had our inspection today and inspector was not only on time but he was 15 minutes early (something I have not seen too much of recently)! The inspector was thorough and took the time to explain and reiterate several times until we understood what his findings were.

He literally got down on the floor to do parts of his inspections. It appeared to me that he was inspecting this home like he was the one buying the home! The Inspector also mentioned that if we had any questions regarding the inspection we could find answers to simple repair jobs. As well as other related info on the ACF web site. I got the feeling that they need to help even after the Orlando home inspection was done.
