John A Perret-Gentil is the founder and CEO of the Willemstad Group. He
graduated with a degree in B.A. Industrial Engineering Catholic University
Venezuela. He started his career in Venezuela as an installation Engineering Assistant Manager in Mersifrica in 1973 until 1974. He then became a Detergent Production Manager in Procter & Gamble from 1974 to 1975 and then started as Engineering Consultant and promoted as Planification Manager in Petrochemical Venezuelan Institute (IVP) that was transformed to Pequiven as PDVESA affiliated company from 1975 to 1979, year in which was contracted to install and operate an Aluminum Finishing company Oxiplast until 1983.
He then became the president of “CA De Ajustes Caira”, which is a general insurance & Venezuelan Oil Industry Loss Adjuster for clients like
Maraven, Lagoven, Meneven, Pequiven, all affiliated PDVSA companies; “CA De Ajustes Caira” was transformed into “INLOAD Venezuela” in 1990 and lasted until year 2000. John A Perret-Gentil became President of “INLOAD Venezuela” on 1990 until emigrated to USA in 2000. As President had the responsibility of overseeing and control of the accounting, investments, personnel hiring and management, as well as Residential, Commercial, business valuation and asset control, machinery and equipment appraisal, property appraisal for mercantile and supreme court veredicts, new lead generation and quality control.

In 2001, after being certified as a Real Estate General Appraiser, managed an appraisal company called Epernay Investments appraisals in Boca Raton, FL where he over sighted investments, machinery and equipment, commercial and residential property appraisals, appraisal quality control of assignments, new lead generation, and personnel oversight like hiring and training. He also decided to further increase his education and took Business Valuation Course form PHILLIP in 2002. Got In 2007 his Machinery and Equipment Valuation Certification and ASA Designation (Acknowledge Senior Appraiser) from American Society of Appraisals.

In 2015 Willemstad Group LLC was created an assigned John A. Perret-Gentil as CEO, this firm offers appraisal services for residential and commercial real estate in South Florida. The company characterized for quick report delivery, highly competitive prices and carefully trained and knowledgeable staff.
