After many years of working for other companies and teaching at Irwin Tech in Tampa, Florida for 2 years, our founder knew just what the industry needed. Tri-State Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc was built on the foundation of honesty, integrity, and reliability. More than an owner, he is our lead technician who cares so much about our clients that he personally goes out and works alongside our other great technicians. We value the long term relationships that stem from our new clients and we treat every job with care and urgency.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we have been serving the HVAC needs of our communities in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. We are big enough to comfortably service all of our customer’s needs but small enough to deliver a personal touch. As the HVAC industry continues to change and modernize, systems are becoming more complex to work on. To keep up with this change, we are actively training our technicians on the latest equipment along with maintaining all of their certifications.
