Staggs Plumbing is totally paperless–we use a web-based scheduling system that allows us to send emails and texts to customers when a service call has been scheduled, when a plumber is on the way, when we have started or completed a job, and when payments are made. Our plumbers carry tablets and smart phones where they can access their daily schedules, write estimates, create invoices and accept payments–all while in the field, without paper. Our customers love the updates about the status of their service call, and we love the ability to monitor the status of all of the jobs going on each day.
A second fundamental of Staggs Plumbing is in how Randy treats his staff. As a Christian man, Randy wants every person that works at Staggs Plumbing to feel valued and respected. When people like to come to work, they take pride in their work. So taking care of his plumbers is important to him–Randy wants every Staggs Plumbing plumber to make a good living and be able to take care of their family, without having to work a ridiculous amount of hours to do so.
