As full time “hands-on” owners, Hugh and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge and responsibility and are there to answer any questions you may have with your closing. Millie is a full time closer who runs the office and oversees the closings. Hugh is the title examiner who creates the title commitments pursuant to the guidelines of our underwriters, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
