Priority Lock and Key started out in the 1980’s as “Allstate Lock and Key”, a small locksmith company aimed at helping the customer. Throughout the years we have prided ourselves with keeping that same mentality. Although there have been a couple different owners and a name change to “Priority Lock and Key” since opening the doors, Priority Lock and Key has been and always will be a small family owned and operated business. We strive every day to keep prices low and our experience extremely high! All of our locksmiths are licensed, experienced and professional. Our new management staff is working diligently everyday to make for a better work environment, a better inventory and better services to our customers.

Sadly, the business suffered a bad fire at our office in January 2019. It nearly destroyed the building and the hopes of continuing our great service. But with sadness comes great rejoice. We were able to keep business going on as usual, with the help of all our great employees and friends. We have been slowly remodeling the building to bring new life into a once frail situation. Our renovations are a slow process, but a process that will yield great results. Our team have been working on their days off to help remodel the building so we do not interrupt the great service during normal operating hours.

With all of the changes ​that are happening with our current and new generation, we have been trying to update with the times. Everything is going digital and online these days and we are no different. Change is inevitable. We are now incorporating new techniques, new programming software and new technology to keep up with all of the new cars and locks out there. But with that said… we still offer all of the same items and services we have before the digital age. So please do not worry. We can help you out with all of your locksmith needs.

Along with the changes that are being made both internally and externally, Some of you may have noticed that our Logo has changed. The new management team has decided that a new look for our company will benefit everyone. So we have decided to upgrade. You will see in the coming months some new uniforms, new business cards and a new look at our store. Like it was stated above, these changes are going to take a little time. We are a small company and have to do things a little slower than the big box retailers. We still offer the same great service and low prices as before. We just want you to have a new and better image of Priority Lock and Key. The old uniforms and business cards are still being used, but will slowly fade out once these changes are made into affect. If there is any worry about who your locksmith is, please look at the “Meet our Team” section of this site. It shows the names and pictures of all of our employees. That way you can match a face and name of who shows up at your location. We take our customers safety and privacy very seriously. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any issues or worries.
