Raimo Kumpulainen – Owner/Home Inspector

Raimo (Ray) is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector & InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, with over 25 years combined experience in Building & Renovation, Home Inspection, and Real Estate Sales & Appraisals.

Starting as Assistant Supervisor during the building of the original West Palm Beach Acura, later co-founding Fenno Contracting & Flooring Co. (Certified General Contractor), and then spending nearly a decade in the real-estate industry, Raimo has accumulated a broad base of industry knowledge and experience.

Working closely with sub-contractors of all trades including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and others, along with his background in real-estate, has given him the experience necessary to conduct Home Inspections with a realistic and thorough approach.

Being centrally located in Palm Beach county is a plus, as Boca Raton, Jupiter and Royal Palm Beach are all within a 30 minute drive from Raimo’s home-office in West Palm Beach.
