J&C Grandt Inspections is a woman/family-owned business with a family history in construction, architecture, engineering and contracting. As such, we know that buying a home is often the biggest, most important purchase in your life and we will treat you like you are our family. With our thorough and detailed home inspections in and around Central Florida, we will give you and your agent all the information about your future home that you need to make the decision that is right for you. This information covers things such as existing concerns and costs and something that could impact you in the future. We want to make sure that your home inspection gives you the most accurate information.

Our team consists of Julia Grandt, home inspector and owner, who grew up in Germany in a family deeply entrenched in construction, engineering and architecture. Being German, her attention to detail and precision comes naturally. Other expertise to give her a unique perspective into the purchasing process of a home includes having been part of inspections for the purchasing process of horses. Different animals so to speak, but same concept of looking at all the different systems. Julia cares deeply about her clients whether it is a home inspection, 4 Point Inspection, Wind Mitigation or Mold Testing, and her motto is to treat people how she would want to be treated if she were in their shoes.

She has passed this on to her son Cole, who is the other member of “Team Grandt”. His passion for giving people the most accurate information about the purchase they are about to make is a given and his customer care is exceptional.
