I am a certified ASHI inspector ( American Society of Home Inspectors ), certified Inter NACHI home inspector ( National Association of Certified Home Inspectors ) and Ohio Licensed Home Inspector ( OHI.2019004942 ). I have over 15 years of experience, and have completed over 4,600 home inspections. I am the North Central Ohio local ASHI president and coeducation coordinator for over 50 local home inspectors. Currently, I am a member of the JCLC ( joint chapter legislative committee ) for the OHIO ASHI chapters which has been an integral part of the development of standards for Home Inspector licensing in the State of Ohio.

Your home inspection will analyze all visual components of the home within general standards of practice. Your report is computerized with visual photographs to enhance explanations of the report. You will receive your report within the same business day of the inspection.
