Ground Works Land Design

Ground Works Land Design was founded in 2009 by Bay Village native, Tony Nasrallah. From humble beginnings, Nasrallah started the company with only $200 in his pocket, a stack of lawncare flyers, an exceptionally strong work ethic and a determination to create the number one land design company in Ohio. We maximize our client’s investments by creating and maintaining dramatic outdoor living spaces unique and unparallel to any other company in the area. At our core, we remain passionate and dedicated to changing the way the general public views the landscaping industry. Customer satisfaction has attributed largely to our evolution, from one man and one truck, to over 25 employees, 15 trucks, a marketing, HR and 3D design department and a new headquarters opening in the near future.

The surrounding Cleveland community has shaped and supported our business from the beginning, and as a result, we’ve given back over $200,000 to different charitable organizations. In 2019, we hosted our first ever golf outing, Ground Works Out Drives Alzheimer’s. We raised over $24,000 for the fight against Alzheimer’s and won Rookie of the Year and Top Corporate fundraiser by the local Cleveland Alzheimer’s Foundation.
