Honig, Sr., worked in the construction field for many years with his son, Dan Honig, Jr. When he saw how other companies built fences, he knew he could do better. Dan’s military background gives him the focus and the dedication to do the job right. With his real-world experience in tow, Dan promised to put quality customer service and excellent fence construction over making the bottom line. Discount Fence USA embodies this work ethic and strives to create a better fence for each client.

During Dan’s tenure in the United States Army, he was responsible for 6 maintenance operations that included the deployment of 90 personnel and over 362 pieces of heavy combat equipment in Saudi Arabia. He maintained 98% vehicle readiness while serving in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In addition to his achievements in the military, Mr. Honig is also a Bronze Star recipient. Dan retired from the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer.
