DeVan Management

The company was founded in 2011 in Tempe, Arizona by Edward and Derek Van Der Werf. They started buying rental properties in early 2010, fixing them up, and renting them out. As time went on they begin to buy and hold more and more properties. The plan was to manage and run each one themselves. As time went on they continued to do that which lead to them starting DeVan Management. Now the company runs and manages multiple properties throughout the valley for themselves and also other landlords with rental properties.
