Established in the spring of 2009, Cityside Realty Group flourished during one of the most trying periods in U.S. financial history. Javier Zambrano, owner/broker of Cityside Realty Group, has expertly guided the firm capitalizing on his 16 years of experience and enacting the proven methods he has learned along the way. The firm caters to a wide-array of individuals ranging from international investors to first time homebuyers. The uniqueness of his client base has allowed him to grow the business in a myriad of directions. In 2009 Cityside launched its property management division with 3 properties and has grown into a portfolio of over 100+ properties throughout South Florida. Cityside Realty Group continues to evolve and grow with its client base all the while providing tailored real estate services to its unique clientele.
