I am an IICRC Certified Firm as well as a Certified Technician. Currently I have been in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry since 1989 and have worked for three major carpet cleaning companies through whom I’ve gained knowledge and experience along with continued education and training.

I started my company in 1997 because I have seen first hand how customers were and are being taken advantage of by not receiving the product and or services they were paying for. This prompted me to do something on behalf of the consumer.
