Billings Home Inspections is based in West Palm Beach, covering all of Palm Beach County, as well as St Lucie, Martin and North Broward Counties. We have been serving our local community over 15 years! We have 4 licensed inspectors on staff, and 2 office personnel to assist with the day to day for our partner agents and clients alike. Bill, our Certified Master Inspector and Certified General Contractor, and Joe, our Lead Inspector are also 203k/FHA consultants.
Modern Technology & Reports

Our reports are web-based, user friendly and very interactive. We strive to deliver the report within an hour of the inspection. Any remaining reports ordered, such as WDOs, Wind Mitigation, etc. are typically available within 24 hours of the inspection in the report link. We also provide to our agents the ‘Real Estate Professional Dashboard’ for your desktop and/or mobile device, it gives you immediate access to all your reports, our availability and customer service right at your fingertips!

Our company started in 2003 with Bill, our founder and owner worked as a superintendent for a large construction company. Bill saw a need for quality inspectors as he planted his roots in South Florida. Bill started in construction over 45 years ago to provide for his growing family just outside Baltimore, MD. As he progressed through the construction field he became a superintendent on my large scale sites through Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. In the early 2000’s he transferred to South Florida with his wife Mary. He started completing inspection part time while also obtaining his general contractors license. Bill eventually left his career as a superintendent and started his inspection business. As business grew Bill’s wife Mary joined him in creating Billings Home Inspections. They built their business on a positive reputation that is still present in the real estate industry today.

As the business grew and thrived they asked the family to join them with the business. Their youngest son Joe decided to relocate his family from Maryland, where he was a service manager for a national transportation refrigeration company. Joe brought a vision of technology and innovation to Billings home inspections. Our current system was developed to give the agents and clients the best possible inspection experience.

As the business continued to flourish several inspectors were added to the Billings Inspection Team. Along with Leanna, Joe’s wife joined the team to assist in marketing and office management to continue to provide our exemplary services you have come to appreciate.
