Welcome to Al’s Fair and Square Home Repair, LLC, based in North Dallas, TX. My name is Alvin Illig. I work with my wife, Donna. We have a $110 minimum for residential service calls during normal business hours. For residential customers within our service area, there is no trip charge, no fuel surcharge, no charge for estimates, no mark-up on materials, no surprises.
