Everything began with Armando Alvarez, “The Patriarch”. It was in Camagüey, Cuba that he begun his journey in the construction industry in 1950. At age 13, he began working as a construction assistant and quickly mastered the arts of masonry, tile setting and other branches of construction over the years. At age 30, he became a General Contractor and was able to tremendously expand his business in Cuba before moving to the United States in the 90’s.

His children Abel and Ulise Alvarez were blessed to have learned all that they know from one of Cuba’s finest contractors.
