Finding the right housing option for a growing family can be challenging, especially with rising property prices and construction costs. Many buyers are now comparing modular homes and mobile homes to determine which offers better space, durability, and long-term value.
In my research, I noticed that a 2 story modular home provides more living space and modern layouts while remaining more affordable than many traditional houses. Mobile homes are still a budget-friendly option, but modular homes seem to offer better customization and resale potential for families planning long-term living.
