Roof Assessment

During the Quote Appointment, the roof system will go through visual inspection for signs of wear, damage, and other rain-tight compromises. Roof condition and affected area(s) decide if a roof repair is suitable or a complete re-roof is required. Your Sales Team associate will go over the scope of work recommended for your project.

Material Selection

Pro Roofing is proud to offer several roof material options including shingles, tile, metal, and flat roof systems from the leading manufactures in the industry. We’re happy to educate you on the lifespan, warranty, protection, and cost differences between each roof system. Helping you choose the roof appropriate for your goals and budget.

Proposal

The Proposal you’ll receive from Pro Roofing is prepared by the Sales Coordinator. This document outlines the scope of work to be completed, products selected for installation, warranty periods, and project costs. Wood repair charges including material and labor.

Permits

Permits are the lawful permission to perform the proposed work. Roof construction permits are generally required by your local building department. Color approvals may be required by your homeowner’s association (HOA), or other governing agencies. We obtain all permits and schedule the required inspections.
Job Day

The Production Coordinator will call when your project is ready to be scheduled for installation. Job materials are ordered, job site delivered, and set onto the rooftop by conveyor. We take every measure to complete your roof with quality workmanship in a timely manner, typically 1 – 2 days.
